Al's Mum turns 50 & visit to Chatsworth House.

At the beginning of July, Ang & I travelled up to Manchester for Al's Mum's 50th birthday celebrations! It was great to catch up with everyone - and to see Cerys & Justin for the last time before they are married!!!

Above: Cerys & Justin prepare the cake. On the Sunday (Mum's birthday) we had a nice meal with close family.

 

Chatsworth House

On the way up we stopped in the Peak District at an old house and gardens called Chatsworth House (pictures at the bottom). I'm not normally into gardens, but the ones surrounding Chatsworth House were amazing!! They even had a gravity fed water fountain that had set the world record of nearly 300ft for the water shoot.
