USA 2002 - Monument Valley

Monument Valley's scenery is famous around the world and is used in many western's and more recently in Mission Impossible. Unfortunately, we didn't get the blue sky when we visited - but the monoliths were still quite impressive.

ABOVE & BELOW: For some reason my camera was having a bad day. Parts of the pictures look really dark. Oh well, I have tried my best to make them look OK. Maybe Jon or Dave can provide me some decent pics - so watch this space.

From Monument Valley we made the long journey to Flagstaff, south of the Grand Canyon.
