The
Castles & Trees of Norfolk
What
a fudgie title for this page - but I couldn't really think of what
else to call it. Yesterday we decided to do a quick tour of the
castles in Norfolk - so we did - and we also saw lots of wonderful
looking trees! Hence the name.

We started our hunt in the Thetford forest
and found one called Weeting Castle.
Below:
It was in a middle of a field, surrounded
big pigs & and a stinky stagnant moat.

information on display. My camera didn't have a wide enough angle
to get the whole castle - plus the light was coming from the wrong
place.

playing hide and seek.

The castle was overlooked by the local

Driving through Thetford forest there
were trees everywhere!!! SURPRISE! The roads were so straight, and
you could see for miles!
