Beach Trip - September 2005
During one weekend in September we decided it was time to get away and see the sea side!! Instead of driving north to the Norfolk coast, we drove east past Chelmsford towards Clacton on Sea (which we by-passed) and headed a bit north to Frinton-on-Sea. It was a bit of headland that looked out over the North Sea torwards Harwich and Felixstowe.
Above: Ang on the headland looking out over the sea.
Below: the view north was of the industrial port of Harwich and Felixstowe.

Above: there were lots of berries ready to be picked.
Below: berries!! Haven't got a clue what they are though!

Above: fields
Below: as is typical with the North Sea coast, there were some sea defences to walk on!

Above: lovely - just what you want to see while enjoying the "fresh sea air"
Below: a big piece of manmade concrete with pebbles. Interesting.

Above: pebbles with the sea in the distance.
Below: sea with pebbles in the foreground.

Above: Ang took a nap in the sunshine.
