Lambing at Wimpole Hall
Over the Easter bank holiday weekend - Ang and I set ourselves the task of tidying the jungle in the back garden. Since the summer we'd not touched it, and it was starting to look overgrown. We wanted to make sure it was nice and tidy, ready for all the new growth as Spring kicks in.

Wimpole Hall has a working farm on the property. We went with some friends from church (below).

There was a giant chickene (above) - and scary sheep (below).

As we arrived, we saw a lamb just after it was born, and watched as it stood up for the first time. We named it Donna.

Walking around we spotted a mother that looked like it was in labour - and had to wait 30 minutes as it moved its head up and down and wiggled its leg! Poor little sheep looked like it was in pain!!

Finally, it gave birth to an baby ORANGE lamb! It looked like it had been stewing in curry... we named it Jalfrezi!

Above - Chris looks utterly shocked as he learns about bee keeping with Tim.

Tim obviosly liked the goats and sheep.
